1. Provider

CVPanel is operated by Awa Darabi, Ludwig-Jahn-Str. 19, 79331 Teningen, Germany(hereinafter referred to as "CVPanel" or "we").

2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the CVPanel web application available at cvpanel.com. By creating an account and using CVPanel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Description of Service

CVPanel is a web application that allows users to upload resumes, track job applications, and generate AI-tailored resume versions optimized for specific job descriptions. The AI tailoring feature consumes tokens from the user's account balance.

4. Account Registration

To use CVPanel, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

You may only create one account per person. You must provide accurate information during registration.

5. Token System

Access to AI resume tailoring requires tokens. Each AI tailoring operation costs 2 tokens. Tokens are credited to your account upon purchase and are non-refundable once consumed.

Token balances do not expire. We reserve the right to change the token cost of features with reasonable advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CVPanel for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Share or sell access to your account.

7. Data Storage and Deletion

CVPanel stores your resume files, parsed resume data, and job application records to provide the service. Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active.

You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at contact form. Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove all your data from our systems within 30 days, with no possibility of recovery.

8. Availability

We aim to keep CVPanel available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

CVPanel provides AI-generated resume suggestions as a tool to assist users. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in job interviews or employment. Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.

To the extent permitted by law, CVPanel's liability for damages is limited to cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of CVPanel after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Teningen, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
